Montrose

Montrose is a residential project located in Botany for Confidence Properties. The branding references its coastal location and incorporates the monochromatic interior styling and finishes. The logo is inspired by the angular structure of the roof that is an architectural feature. 

Collateral included brochure, DLX, floorpans, press ad, EDM and finishes board designs.
